1. Countries This Policy Applies To
This return policy applies to purchases made in the following countries:
- Kenya
- Uganda
- Tanzania
- Rwanda
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for PDQ machines ordered online that are either defective or incorrectly delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
4. Product Condition Requirements
Both new and unused PDQ machines are eligible for return. Please note that Pesapal will not accept if the customer damages the machine.
5. Return Window
Customers have up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
6. How to Return Your PDQ Machine
You can return your PDQ machine by either of the following methods:
- By mail (shipping to our designated return address)
- In-person drop-off at Pesapal offices in Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
7. Currency for Refunds
All refunds will be processed in the same currency used for the original payment.
8. Restocking Fee
Pesapal will not charge a restocking fee for accepted returns.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
