Return Eligibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept returns for PDQ machines ordered online that are either defective or incorrectly delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Exchanges<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We <strong>do not offer exchanges<\/strong>. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Product Condition Requirements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both new and unused PDQ machines are eligible for return. Please note that Pesapal will not accept if the customer damages the machine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Return Window<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers have up to <strong>30 calendar days<\/strong> from the delivery date to initiate a return.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. How to Return Your PDQ Machine<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can return your PDQ machine by either of the following methods:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>By mail<\/strong> (shipping to our designated return address)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>In-person drop-off<\/strong> at <strong>Pesapal offices<\/strong> in Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the customer&#8217;s responsibility unless the product is defective.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Currency for Refunds<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All refunds will be processed in the same currency used for the original payment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Restocking Fee<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pesapal will not charge a restocking fee for accepted returns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.
